While it now feels like a lifelong pursuit, my approach to photography became so much more intentional when I became a father. Everyday moments became immensely more valuable and documenting them became one of my greatest passions. Now I enjoy working with people and on projects in a similar way, identifying the things that matter the most and capturing them in a way that conveys how it feels in the moment of noticing them. I specialize in working with families of many shapes and sizes, and try to create casual environments for them to experience real moments within.

Inspired by an upbringing in the coastal south, I’m also drawn to the outdoors and unique places. Most of my personal work revolves around the intersection of the indoors and outdoors and how we interact with it.
