  • When assigned, opened the building and supervised shifts, supervising up to six teams of 3-5 people.

  • Facilitated artwork approvals and communication between departments.

  • In addition to supervising, completed variety of pre-production tasks: stretching, coating and burning screens, mixing ink, and managing usage of inventory in the screen and ink rooms.
